Guided Somatic Mentorships

This is not psychotherapy.
These mentorships are guided, body-centered processes designed for people who want to go deeper into their own body’s language and regulation, in a structured and supported way.
Through 5 in-person sessions and 5 personalized online tutoring calls, you will learn to recognize, feel, and release what’s been stuck inside your body — and develop a personal toolkit for daily self-regulation, boundaries, and decision-making aligned with your emotions, thoughts, and body sensations.
