What I see every day in my practice is that even people who regularly do yoga, go to the gym, or spend time in nature, often disconnect from their unpleasant body sensations — even through these healthy routines.
They use these activities to feel good, to generate “positive” body chemistry — but they still avoid listening to what their body is really trying to tell them.
And when those sensations show up, they often don’t know how to stay with them, understand them, or support their body through them.
This is one of the reasons why we see so much addiction — not only to substances but also to behaviors — as ways to distract from and escape their own bodies.
That’s why I created this tailor-made mentorship program, where you will learn to connect with your own body in a safe, guided way, and develop a simple and effective toolkit for self-regulation.
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach — it’s a personalized, experiential path designed to meet you exactly where you are.

How does it work?
The process begins with a 30 mins free initial online consultation.
This first meeting allows us to get to know each other, explore your current situation, and assess whether this somatic approach is the right fit for you.
If we decide to continue, the mentorship is structured as a closed program that includes:

5 somatic mentorship sessions (in-person in Madrid or online)

5 online integration check-ins (30 minutes each, focused on integration, regulation, and ongoing support)

A personalized mini e-book, created specifically for you, with key exercises, reflections, and learnings from your process
Each session focuses on a specific theme that you will explore throughout the week, both in your relationship with yourself and in connection with others.
This structured process provides continuity, containment, and practical support between sessions, while respecting the pace of your nervous system.
