Book a Session: : Don't Wait Any Longer to Feel Better

I understand how you feel — not from a textbook, but from my own life. I've overcome difficult moments thanks to the therapists and teachers who walked with me, and today, I share the techniques that helped me heal.

There are times when having a mental health professional by your side makes all the difference. Someone who listens, who recognizes what you're going through, and who can help you make sense of the symptoms you're experiencing.

Someone who shares the kind of knowledge we were never taught — not in school, not at university, not at work, not even in the everyday world — knowledge that can change the way you understand your body, your mind, and your spirit.

You don't have to go through this alone.
I'm here to walk the path with you, step by step.

1. Your Initial Consultation (30 minutes, Free)

Before beginning any therapeutic journey, it's important to have a first conversation.

This 30-minute initial consultation is a space where we can meet, frame what you're going through, and explore whether working together feels right for you.

During this time, you can share what brings you here, ask any questions you might have, and focus how we work with your actual situation — calmly, respectfully, and at your pace.

There’s no commitment at this stage.
It’s simply a safe place to start.

2. Pricing and Payment

Transparency is essential when beginning a therapeutic journey. Below you’ll find information about session fees and payment methods.

If you have any questions or specific needs, feel free to mention them during our initial consultation.

Payment Methods

You can pay for your sessions through the following methods:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer (send me a Whatsapp sms)

  • Bizum (only available within Spain)

3. E-Psychology

Since 2020, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from all over the world—expats and locals alike—in their emotional healing journeys.

I have worked with people from Honduras, Nicaragua, Colombia, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, North Macedonia, Germany, the UK, Belgium, South Africa, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and, of course, Spain.

This global reach has deeply enriched my practice, allowing me to tailor sessions to the unique cultural and personal contexts of each client. Online therapy has been a key tool in this work, making it possible to offer a safe, compassionate, and professional space—no matter the distance.

Evidence-Based Benefits of Online Therapy

Online therapy isn't just a matter of convenience—it is backed by solid scientific research from some of the world’s leading universities. Below are highlights from key studies confirming its effectiveness:

1. Comparable Effectiveness to In-Person Therapy

A 2022 study published in BMC Psychology found that online psychodynamic counseling was almost as effective as face-to-face therapy in reducing psychological distress, including symptoms of depression and anxiety.

2. Significant Reduction in Psychological Symptoms

Another peer-reviewed study confirmed that online interventions significantly decreased symptoms of depression, OCD, interpersonal sensitivity, and anxiety.

Real-World Impact: Online Therapy in Crisis Contexts

One powerful example of how effective online therapy can be—even in the most challenging situations—comes from my work with The Olive Project in the UK.

Since 2023, I have provided online psychotherapy to women who fled their home countries due to war, persecution, or gender-based violence and are now seeking asylum. These are women navigating complex trauma while living in transitional settings, often in extreme uncertainty.

Thanks to online therapy, we have been able to:

  • Stabilize their nervous systems through somatic regulation techniques

  • Address complex trauma, including childhood wounds and gender-based violence

  • Work through migration trauma and threat-related trauma (violence, fear for life)

  • Teach coping skills to manage anxiety and uncertainty

  • Rebuild self-esteem and identity

  • Support grief and mourning processes for lost homes, loved ones, and futures

This work has shown me, again and again, that online therapy can reach and heal—even across borders, in moments of crisis, and when it feels like the world has collapsed. It offers continuity, safety, and real transformation.

4. Psychotherapy in-person

Seeking in-person support is much more than solving a problem—it's a gift you give yourself to understand who you are, to listen to yourself without judgment, and to improve your quality of life.

Many people arrive with a sense of emotional discomfort they can’t fully explain: anxiety, sadness, insecurity, low self-esteem, emptiness, exhaustion… and they don’t know why. But as we explore their inner world, we uncover open wounds, experiences that were never fully processed, and relationships that left lasting and painful marks, as the ones with our parents or tutors.

In-person therapy offers a safe space where you can lower your defenses, reconnect with yourself, and explore your emotions through the therapeutic relationship and the body. It’s an investment in you—in your mental health, your well-being, and your inner freedom.

I accompany people in person who are facing situations of high stress, whether acute or chronic, and who are seeking tools to restore emotional

balance and live with greater authenticity.
