Conscious Menopause Support

Menopausia

Menopause:
The Gentle
Fire of Transformation

Menopause is not the end of anything. It is the beginning of a new way of inhabiting yourself.

Many women arrive at this stage feeling exhausted —carrying unspoken grief, old wounds reawakening, or a deep desire to reconnect with what was left on hold: the body, pleasure, identity, their own voice.

As an integrative psychologist and certified menopause coach, I accompany this moment for what it truly is: a sacred threshold. A biological transition, yes —but also an emotional, energetic, and spiritual one.

From a holistic approach that blends science with ancestral wisdom, I offer guidance that honors all your layers: body, mind, soul, and lineage.

Because this is not just a stage —it is an initiation.

What does this process look like?

Specialized psychological therapy

A safe and intimate space to explore what you're experiencing —from anxiety, sadness and exhaustion, to grief, loss of identity, or reactivated trauma from childhood or past relationships.

This therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and grounded in somatic psychology, integrating body and emotion in a way that resonates with the deep physiological and emotional changes of this life stage.

As a woman living this transition herself, I bring not only professional expertise but personal understanding of the complexities, challenges, and hidden gifts of menopause.

Hormonal and emotional biofeedback

Biofeedback is available as a complementary support for those who wish to work in a somatic and precise way with the body’s electromagnetic energy. It uses cutting-edge technology to support nervous system regulation, ease psychosomatic symptoms, and assist with the hormonal and emotional imbalances typical of this stage.

Uterine reconnection with Yoni eggs

Respectfully offered as an optional practice, aligned with each woman’s path. This ancestral work is gently guided and includes the use of rose quartz, nephrite jade, and obsidian, each supporting a different energetic quality. It helps release emotional memories, strengthen the pelvic floor, and reconnect with pleasure and feminine energy.

Rituals and cycle closure

Optional personalized symbolic support to honor your story, close life chapters, and step into the new. Rooted in ancestral wisdom, spiritual reconnection, and feminine lineage healing —for example, through shared experiences such as a cacao ceremony with other women.

Who is this for?

This space is designed for women in the climacteric phase —whether in perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause— who are seeking a conscious, therapeutic and respectful approach to this profound transition.

It’s especially beneficial for women who during this time of their life:

  • Are experiencing emotional distress such as anxiety, irritability, sadness, chronic fatigue or loss of motivation.

  • Feel a disconnection from their body, their desire, or their identity as they navigate internal and external changes.

  • Are facing life transitions or significant losses: the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, children leaving home (empty nest), retirement, relocation, or existential crisis.

  • Are processing unresolved grief or reactivated trauma, including childhood wounds or painful sentimental memories.

  • Are living with or recovering from gynecological conditions or cancer (such as breast, uterine, ovarian or cervical cancer) and want psychological and emotional support in this vulnerable stage.

  • Want to heal deeply, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and live menopause as a rite of passage —not as a decline, but as a return to personal power.

How to begin?

  • Initial free-Consultation: You can start by booking a free 30-minute initial consultation, held online.
It’s a safe, calm space to connect, share your situation, and explore whether this approach resonates with you —with no pressure, no judgment, and no rush.

  • Book Online Psychotherapy: If you're sure you need support but time is limited in your current life, online psychotherapy can be a powerful option. It is just as effective as in-person therapy. You can read more about it in the articles available. You can read more about it in the articles available on my website.

  • Book In-person Psychotherapy: For many women, therapy is a sacred space —a time to pause, reset, and return to themselves. You can choose between two in-person locations, depending on what suits you best.
Therapeutic processes are always personalized. Every woman brings her own rhythms, stories, and challenges.
Some may benefit from short-term support; others from deeper, longer processes. You decide what you need —and I’ll walk beside you.
