What if your body could release stress and trauma without having to talk about it?

TRE® (Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a body-based method developed by Dr. David Berceli that helps release deep tension, accumulated stress, and trauma stored in the body over time.

Through gentle movements, we activate a natural neurogenic tremor —a spontaneous vibration of the muscles, especially in the psoas area— allowing your nervous system to let go of what it no longer needs to hold.

This “therapeutic tremor” doesn't just release physical tension.


It also helps your system return to a state of balance, calm, and safety.

What makes TRE® so special?

The beauty of TRE® is that you don’t have to relive your trauma or even talk about it.


Your body does the work naturally, as an innate way to release. TRE® can support you with:

  • Chronic or accumulated stress

  • Anxiety or panic attacks

  • Persistent muscle tension

  • Emotional exhaustion

  • Sleep disorders

  • Hypervigilance or constant state of alert

  • Freeze responses, emotional blocks, or difficulty moving forward

What is a TRE® session like with me?

Come in comfortable, stretchy clothing — I’ll have a mat ready for you.

We’ll begin with a brief explanation of the technique and I’ll answer any questions you may have.


Then, I’ll guide you through 7 gentle exercises designed to activate your full muscular chain, always adapting to your body’s own rhythm and abilities.


There’s no right or wrong — just an opportunity to reconnect with your body. These exercises help activate the natural tremor response that mammals use to release stress and restore balance to the nervous system.

When the neurogenic tremor appears, I’ll gently support and guide you so you can trust the process and allow your body to release at its own pace.

  • We reconnect with our body’s deep, built-in mechanisms of self-regulation.

  • We don’t revisit painful memories.

  • You remain in control at all times, learning to self-regulate — a key skill for life.

You’ll stay fully conscious and present throughout the session, held in a safe and supportive environment.

 

At the end, we take time for your body to integrate the experience, and you’ll have space to share anything you noticed or felt during the process.
