About me

For the past 19 years, I lived outside of Spain —17 of them in the Democratic Republic of Congo— where I worked in international cooperation, mental health, and psychosocial support with individuals and communities affected by war, displacement, sexual violence, and profound trauma.
Those years shaped the way I understand pain and resilience. They taught me that healing doesn’t follow a straight line, that the body remembers what the mind tries to silence, and that true connection can be transformative — even in the most wounded places.
My work is body-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s path. I combine science, lived experience, and presence to help people reconnect with their bodies, release emotional tension, and reclaim their vitality.
I currently live in Madrid, where I offer in-person and online sessions, as well as workshops on trauma, emotional reconnection, and somatic recovery.

This short video from Luces Largas, a project by Renault, was filmed when my daughter and I had just returned to Spain after many years living in Africa.
It’s a glimpse into our world, raw and real, in the middle of transition.
