Resilience Core Competencies
Following the positive psychology discoveries of Dr. Martin Seligman and Dr. Karen Reivich, resilience is learned. The path to being resilient is based on 6 pillars: self-discovery, self-regulation, being optimistic, developing mental agility, improving our abilities to connect with others, and discovering the strengths of our personality.
Building Resilience Competencies enable mental toughness, optimal performance, strong leadership, and goal achievement.
For this, we have developed some posters, translated into three languages: Spanish, French, and English, which help to synthesize the stages of self-discovery that each individual must go through to be more resistant to the adversities of life every day.
