Body-Oriented Integrative Psychotherapy

Psychology that honors the body, the soul, and ancestral memory

For many years, I worked in war zones and humanitarian crises. I witnessed firsthand how trauma lives in the body — not just as a clinical condition, but as a profound rupture in the rhythm of life. Healing does not come from talking alone. It comes from trembling, breathing, moving, dancing, singing, and believing — in the invisible forces, in God (your God), and in the strength of our ancestors who still walk with us.

My approach to therapy is integrative, somatic, and deeply respectful of both neuroscience and ancestral wisdom. I combine techniques from Somatic Experiencing, TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises), and emotion-focused practices with a profound sensitivity to what cannot always be explained — but is nonetheless real.

"I believe that the body holds the memory of what was lost,
and the key to recovering what still wants to be lived."

Psychology that honors the body, the soul, and ancestral memory

  • 🌀 We listen to your nervous system, not just your thoughts.

  • 🌿 We allow your body to speak, through tremors, breath, and intuitive movement.

  • 🕊️ We honor your ancestral field — the unseen forces that shape your experience.

  • 🌍 We work with trauma not as pathology, but as a gateway to transformation.

This is not traditional talk therapy.

This is not spiritual bypassing either.

It’s a path of reconnection — to your body, your truth, your lineage, and your future self.

Whether you carry intergenerational pain, burnout from care work, or an unnamed grief,
this work welcomes all of you.
Even the parts that shake.

Even the parts that pains and then release,
Even the parts that remember what you never said.
